Account Management and Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing from another person's payment account or withdrawing to an account under a different name is strictly prohibited. The name on the payment account must match the name on the uuok 1 account for both deposits and withdrawals.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus offers on uuok 1 carry their own terms, which are stated in each offer's description. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
A welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
A bonus is not cash — it becomes eligible for cashout only after the specified wagering requirements are met. If all bonus terms are not followed, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other irregular methods — the relevant bonus and all winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled — except in cases involving technical errors or incorrect odds. No changes will be accepted for bets placed on live events until the outcome has been determined.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, uuok 1 will make a decision in accordance with its policies. No compensation can be claimed in such cases.
6.3 Match Manipulation and Fraud
Match manipulation, betting on fake events, using software to gain an advantage, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be cancelled.
